Reclassification of Local 153 Positions

The Reclassification Committee meets on a quarterly basis to determine whether there have been significant changes to Local 153 positions which affect the level of difficulty and scope of work required. The Committee determines whether the changes to the position are substantive enough to warrant a grade increase or a decrease.
