The cover of In the Lead Magazine Spring 2025Seton Hall University’s In the Lead magazine has released its Spring 2025 edition, centering on the theme of "Innovation in Leadership." This issue explores how forward-thinking leaders across industries are redefining leadership through technology, strategy and bold decision-making.

The latest edition features thought-provoking articles that examine the advantages and challenges of founder-led companies and draw connections between strategic risk-taking life choices and business success.

As In the Lead editor, Ruchin Kansal, M.B.A., remarks, “This issue of In the Lead explores the many faces of innovation, offering a rich collection of perspectives from leaders across industries. You will find that innovation takes on many definitions — each shaped by the unique context of its contributors.”

Readers will also find insights from Jordan Sun, VP of Product at Softbank Robotics, on human-centered leadership in tech, and Andrew Felbinger ‘12, an Urban Innovation Fund principal, on driving urban development through venture capital.

Other highlights include an in-depth discussion on quantum technology leadership, a case study on how empathy fuels organizational growth and a compelling review of The Illusion of Innovation, which challenges conventional wisdom on efficiency and creativity.

“As you read this issue, I encourage you to reflect on how your organization defines, nurtures and sustains innovation,” said Kansal.
