My primary objective as an educator is to inspire students both in and out of the classroom, sparking their curiosity and fostering a research-driven learning environment that cultivates lifelong inquiry. I strive to encourage students to explore their interests and discover their passions. My teaching philosophy is an evolving process, continuously refined to best support students in reaching their full potential. I teach a variety of biology courses, including General Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Human Structure and Function, Neuroendocrinology, Biochemistry of Metabolism, and Senior Biology Seminar.

My research focuses on neuroendocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, with an emphasis on the hormonal regulation of the neuroendocrine stress response. I explore potential therapeutic strategies to enhance fertility outcomes in women undergoing assisted reproductive techniques.
