Instructions for Undergraduate Students

Register online by your Fall 2026 anticipated class according to your last name. Determine class level by adding total earned credits to Spring 2026 credits in progress and any Summer 2026 credits for which you have already registered. For example: if you have 45 total credits completed (add up SHU earned credits, transfer credits, AP or CLEP credits) and you are taking 18 credits in Spring 2026 and are enrolled for 3 Summer 2026 credits, register as a Junior (45 + 18 + 3 = 66).

The earliest time you can register online is listed in the grid above. Thereafter, you will have ongoing access to online registration for schedule adjustments. The time slots above apply to both day and evening students, including non-matriculated students.

System availability is 24/7 except for Sundays from 12:01 – 7 a.m.

The Registrar’s Office is located in Bayley Hall with the following office hours during the April 15 – April 21 registration period: 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (Monday through Friday).

Note: Summer 2026 registration will remain open during Fall 2026 registration.
