She plays an essential role coordinating events and ensuring smooth operations within the office. In addition, Mary Kate delivers executive support to the Chief Information Officer.

Arlin Vieira is a key member of the Office of the President, providing front-line office support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Arlin manages inventory, handles all internal and external correspondence, coordinates office events, and provides executive support to the CoS (currently vacant).
