How Will You Dare to Care?
Create a Dare to Care Program
Submit a proposal for Dare to Care support of your organization’s wellness program. Whether you’re seeking funding to bring a wellness-focused speaker to campus, or additional resources and materials to elevate your program, we’re here to help you make a difference in the Seton Hall community. Qualified programs will have a focus on mental health and wellness, or suicide prevention.
Become a Dare to Care Peer
Dare to Care Peer Educators are a group of trained undergraduate students who provide education and resources to the Seton Hall community related to mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Applications open in October each year and close in November.
Get into a better headspace
We are excited to offer current Seton Hall students a free one-year subscription to Headspace, an app that helps users focus on their mental health and well-being through guided meditation and mindfulness. Begin your journey today to improve your sleep, intentional and health focused habits, and lower overall stress levels.
All programs and outreach as part of the Dare to Care initiative are made possible through funding from a grant from the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Text, call, or chat the National Suicide Hotline
